Privacy Protection Policy Notice
At Community First Bank, we understand the importance of protecting customers privacy in establishing and preserving a long-term relationship with our customers. We understand that due to the rapid movement of information in today's technologically advanced world, the need to protect personal privacy has become even more imperative to all of us. In order to keep our customers informed of our privacy policies and to reaffirm our continued commitment to respecting our customers' privacy, we have adopted this Privacy Protection Policy Notice.
This notice is applicable to the consumer customers of our Bank. It is provided for informational purposes to all consumer customers as required under federal privacy law. This is not a notice of any changes to our existing privacy policies. No action is required on your part, other than to have been notified of our privacy policies. The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will continue to be maintained in accordance with this notice even if in the future you decide to close your accounts with us or you become an inactive customer. As used in this notice, the terms "you" and "customer(s)" mean all of our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship with us such as a deposit account, loan, safe deposit box or IRA account where we serve as your custodian.
